Tab Ramos is one of the most respected figures in American soccer, with a career that spans elite playing, coaching, and leadership at the highest levels of the game.As a player, Ramos represented the U.S. Men’s National Team in three FIFA World Cups (1990, 1994, 1998) and was the first-ever signing in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the MetroStars (now New York Red Bulls). A creative and dynamic midfielder, he earned induction into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2005.

John Saunders is a highly respected youth soccer leader with extensive experience in coaching, academy management, and player development at both national and international levels.He holds a UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A License, two of the game’s most prestigious coaching qualifications, and has worked with top academies including TSF Academy, and Cedar Stars Academy, as well as Technical Director roles with EDP Soccer, The Sports Quarter and IFAAA.
