John Saunders is a highly respected youth soccer leader with extensive experience in coaching, academy management, and player development at both national and international levels.

He holds a UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A License, two of the game’s most prestigious coaching qualifications, and has worked with top academies including TSF Academy, and Cedar Stars Academy, as well as Technical Director roles with EDP Soccer, The Sports Quarter and IFAAA.

Through these roles, Saunders has guided hundreds of players in their development pathways, emphasizing technical growth, tactical understanding, and long-term success.

At US National Soccer School, Saunders serves as Director of Operations, where he combines his coaching expertise with a proven track record in program leadership. He oversees the design and execution of year-round training initiatives, ensuring every player benefits from a professional and structured environment.
