Tab Ramos is one of the most respected figures in American soccer, with a career that spans elite playing, coaching, and leadership at the highest levels of the game.

As a player, Ramos represented the U.S. Men’s National Team in three FIFA World Cups (1990, 1994, 1998) and was the first-ever signing in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the MetroStars (now New York Red Bulls). A creative and dynamic midfielder, he earned induction into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2005.

Transitioning to coaching, Ramos became a cornerstone of U.S. player development. He was also an assistant coach for the U.S. Men’s National Team, including during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Ramos was also U.S. Soccer Technical Director, overseeing all U.S. National Teams.

At the professional level, Ramos was appointed Head Coach of Houston Dynamo FC in MLS (2019–2021) and has been instrumental in guiding young American players into successful careers at the international and professional level.
