Tab Ramos is one of the most respected figures in American soccer, with a career that spans elite playing, coaching, and leadership at the highest levels of the game.
As a player, Ramos represented the U.S. Men’s National Team in three FIFA World Cups (1990, 1994, 1998) and was the first-ever signing in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the MetroStars (now New York Red Bulls). A creative and dynamic midfielder, he earned induction into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2005.
Transitioning to coaching, Ramos became a cornerstone of U.S. player development. He served as U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team Head Coach from 2011–2019, leading the team to four consecutive FIFA U-20 World Cups and three straight quarterfinal appearances. He was also an assistant coach for the U.S. Men’s National Team, including during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Ramos was also U.S. Soccer Technical Director, overseeing all U.S. National Teams.
At the professional level, Ramos was appointed Head Coach of Houston Dynamo FC in MLS (2019–2021) and has been instrumental in guiding young American players into successful careers at the international and professional level.
Today, as Executive Director of US National Soccer School, Tab Ramos brings his wealth of experience to create a professional, year-round development environment that prepares players not only to succeed on the field, but to thrive as leaders off it.

John Saunders is a highly respected youth soccer leader with extensive experience in coaching, academy management, and player development at both national and international levels.
He holds a UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A License, two of the game’s most prestigious coaching qualifications, and has worked with top academies including TSF Academy, and Cedar Stars Academy, as well as Technical Director roles with EDP Soccer, The Sports Quarter
and IFAAA.
Through these roles, Saunders has guided hundreds of players in their development pathways, emphasizing technical growth, tactical understanding, and long-term success.
At US National Soccer School, Saunders serves as Director of Operations, where he combines his coaching expertise with a proven track record in program leadership. He oversees the design and execution of year-round training initiatives, ensuring every player benefits from a professional and structured environment.

Elliot Baldwin is a highly respected coach and player development leader with extensive experience across youth, collegiate, and elite academy soccer. His background spans coaching, academy leadership, college recruitment, and player development, providing a comprehensive understanding of the pathway from youth soccer to the collegiate and professional game.
He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation "B" License and has held key leadership positions at Yardley Makefield Soccer (YMS), serving as Age Group Director (U11–U14 and U15–U18 Boys), Boys Director, and Head of College Recruitment. Through these roles, Baldwin has overseen player development, mentored coaches, and guided countless players through the college recruitment process.
In addition to his youth academy experience, Baldwin served as an Assistant Coach at Georgian Court University (NCAA Division II), where he helped develop student-athletes for success at the collegiate level. As a former NCAA Division II student-athlete, he understands the demands of balancing high-level soccer with high academic achievement earning a Master's in Business Administration and Management during his coaching tenure.
Before beginning his coaching career, Baldwin developed as a player within the youth systems of Wycombe Wanderers FC and Oxford United FC, these experiences helped shape his coaching philosophy and commitment to long-term player development.
At US National Soccer School, Baldwin serves as Technical Director, leading the program's technical vision and player development methodology. He oversees session design, coaching standards, and the implementation of a professional training environment designed to maximise every player's ambition, level of play, and pathway within the game.

Steven Zamudio is a highly respected coach and former professional midfielder with experience across youth, high school, collegiate, and professional soccer. His background in coaching, player development, and recruitment provides him with a strong understanding of the pathway from youth soccer to the collegiate and professional game.
He holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Coaching and a U.S. Soccer Federation "D" License. Zamudio currently serves as Director of Coaching at BYSA, overseeing player and coach development through a modern, player-centered approach. During his time at North Bergen High School, he helped guide 23+ student-athletes to collegiate soccer opportunities through individualized development and relationships with college coaches and recruiters.
As a player, Zamudio competed professionally in Costa Rica's Segunda División with SVFC and represented Doxa FC, FC Copa, and TSF FC in the United States. His career included competition in the USL2, NPSL, EPSL, and APSL, along with consistent matches against professional clubs in various countries.
Before his professional career, Zamudio was a standout midfielder at Montclair State University, helping the program win an NJAC Championship while earning multiple NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honors. His youth accomplishments include a Super Y League National Championship and National MVP honors, three New Jersey ODP selections, and a Dallas Cup Top Goal Scorer award.
At US National Soccer School, Zamudio serves as a Positional Specialist Coach, helping players master the technical, tactical, and mental demands of their specific roles on the field. His ability to demonstrate and teach the critical details, movements, and actions required in each position brings tremendous value to the program, giving student-athletes a deeper understanding of the game and the tools to perform at a higher level.
