Jonathan Grant brings extensive experience in youth development, mentorship, academic support, and program leadership to the US National Soccer School.
Jonathan holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Stockton University, where he graduated with a 3.72 GPA and was named to the Dean’s List throughout all four years. His academic background, combined with years of working directly with young people, provides him with a strong understanding of how structure, accountability, communication, and individualized support can help students succeed.
Professionally, Jonathan has dedicated much of his career to supporting young adults as they work toward important educational, personal, and professional goals. As a LifeSet Program Supervisor, he oversees staff, monitors individual plans and progress, maintains program standards, and helps develop strategies to overcome challenges. Previously, as a LifeSet Specialist, he worked directly with young people ages 17–23, helping them establish goals, continue their education, develop independence, and take greater ownership of their future.
At US National Soccer School, Jonathan serves as an Academic Supervisor, supporting student-athletes throughout their classroom day. His role focuses on creating a structured and positive learning environment while helping students develop accountability, organization, time management, independence, and productive academic habits.
Jonathan’s experience working with young people from a wide range of backgrounds allows him to recognize that every student-athlete develops differently. He is committed to providing the consistent support and encouragement students need to take ownership of their education while pursuing their ambitions in soccer.
His approach reflects a core principle of US National Soccer School: developing the person, the student, and the player.
